(Shopify) How to create a shipping rule without conditions?
Currently, our system requires at least one condition to be set when creating a shipping rule. However, you can create a shipping rule with a condition that is always met to effectively achieve the same result.
To create a shipping rule with a condition that will always be satisfied, follow these steps:
- Log in to your admin panel and navigate to the “Advanced Shipping Calculator”.
- Select Shipping Zone
- Add a new shipping rule or edit an existing one.
- Set up a condition that will always be true. For example, you can use a condition based on the quantity of items in the cart. Configure the rule to apply when the quantity of items in the cart is greater than or equal to 1. This condition will always be true if there is at least one item in the cart.
- Configure other sections of the shipping rule.
- Save the rule to activate it.
By using a condition that is always satisfied, you effectively create a shipping rule that applies universally without having to specify more restrictive conditions.
